                   (The matter has been heard through virtual hearing).

 

                   Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application bearing No.130 of 2021 for seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal and the abovementioned application is accompanied with an affidavit duly signed by the Chief Manager, Bank of Baroda, Karnal.

                   In view of the prayer made in the miscellaneous application bearing No.130 of 2021, which is accompanied with the affidavit duly signed by the Chief Manager, Bank of Baroda, Karnal and since the appellant does not want to continue with the present appeal. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Original record be remitted back to the concerned District Commission.

                   Statutory amount of Rs.7500/- be refunded to the appellant against the proper receipt and identification and as per rules.
