The matter is placed before the  Upbhokta Lok Adalat as per order dated 16.01.2023 of this Commission.

Both the parties are present and they stated before this commission that the matter has amicably settled by and between themselves out of court. The OP agreed to pay Rs. 16,025/- in total to the  complainant as per direction of the judgment passed by this commission dated 05.03.2021.

            The OP is directed to pay the amount to the complainant either by cheque or in cash on  09.02.2023 before this commission.

            The case is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties free of cost on proper endorsement.
