This application has been placed before us by calculation in terms of Regulation 15 (2) of the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005.

Delay in filing review application, which is of 8 days, is condoned.

The petitioner is seeking review on the ground that the conclusion arrived at that there is no sufficient cause for condonation of delay is not sustainable as also on the ground of perversity, which are no grounds for review inasmuch as review is not an appeal in disguise. We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record so as to entertain this review Application.  The Review Application is accordingly dismissed with no order as to cost.
