Parties filed application alongwith compromise and submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties out of court and as per settlement complainant-respondent is to withdraw Rs. 75,000/- deposited by opposite party-petitioner with State Commission and Rs.50,000/- deposited by petitioner with National Commission alongwith interest. Revision Petition stands disposed of in the light of compromise filed by the parties and compromise shall form part of this ordersheet. As per compromise, respondent is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 75,000/- deposited with State Commission by petitioner alongwith interest and Rs.50,000/- deposited by petitioner with National Commission alongwith accrued interest, if any.
