Case called.

The learned counsel for complainant and Op Nos.1 to 3 filed joint memo stating that matter is amicably settled for Rs.4,20,000/-. 

In this context, complainant who is present submits that he has received D.D. for Rs.2,70,000/- and two cheques for Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.50,000/- respectively.  His submission is recorded. 

With regard to encashment of the two cheques for Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.50,000/- clause No.3 has been incorporated in the memo stating that if cheques issued by Op No.2 is not cleared in the event of its presentation, complainant is at liberty to file an E.P. for recovery of the said amount.

When the said condition has incorporated, this Commission has no other go except to allow this joint memo and disposed off this matter as settled keeping the liberty to the complainant to file an E.P. in the event of dis-honour of the said cheques.

Both parties are directed to bear their own costs.
