                     This case is taken up for hearing on IA-1, application for urgent hearing filed by the appellant stating that he seeks to withdraw this appeal as the matter has been compromised between the appellant and the respondent no.1/complainant.Respondent no.1/complainant has signed a satisfaction letter with regard to full and final satisfaction of his claim.

                     In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the appellant and on consideration of withdrawal application filed by him, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
