Learned counsel for the respondent is present along-with Authorised Representative of the respondent. None is present for the petitioner. The Registry vide its note dated 11.8.2010 has submitted that a copy of the order dated 19.12.2003 passed by the Commission is placed on record. By this order, the petitioner in this case, had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with this Commission which was to be invested in a short term deposit by the Registry. Since this matter has already been finally decided vide order dated 30.03.2009 dismissing the revision petition, the respondent herein has now requested for release of the decretal amount deposited with this Commission in favour of the respondent under the present miscellaneous application. In view of the disposal of the revision petition by dismissal and confirmation of the deposit by the Registry, it is directed that the amount which is lying in deposit with this Commission be released along with the accrued interest thereon, if any, to the respondent after following the usual procedure. Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
