Earlier the next date was fixed 11.07.23. Ld. Counsel for complainant has moved an application for earlier hearing as the same is at the admission stage. He has also stated that the complainant is his son and this is case of not following government guidelines for providing medical assistance to the person who are admitted in hospital on account of road accident and also over-charging by the concerned hospital. Part arguments of the Ld. Counsel heard and the date is preponed to 31/05/2023 for further arguments on admission.

The date fixed 11/07/2023 is cancelled.
