        This appeal was admitted on 18-7-2013 and notice was ordered to the respondent and posted on 19-8-2013 for appearance of the respondent.  On

19-8-2013 the respondent appeared in person.  Thereafter the matter had undergone several adjournments as the counsel for appellant was called absent and the respondent in person filed written arguments on 03-4-2014 and the matter was adjourned to 10-4-2014, 28-4-2014, 13-6-2014, 30-6-2014.  On 30-6-2014 the matter was posted under the caption of ‘orders’ and posted to 09-7-2014.  Today also none appeared for the appellant, hence the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.  There shall be no order as to costs.
