BY SRI. RAVISHANKAR, JUDICIAL MEMBER.

          Case called twice, Appellant is not present.  No representation on the side of appellant.  The appeal was filed long back in the year 2013. On perusal of the order sheet it is seen that in spite of sufficient opportunities given to the appellant to address the arguments, he did not turn up to address the arguments.  It seems he is not interested in continuing his case. Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. As such the appeal is liable to be dismissed.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

The amount in deposit shall be transmitted to the concerned District Commission to pay the same to the complainant.
