                Today the case was fixed for preliminary hearing. Again, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, despite the fact that the case called thrice today. Record reveals that four consecutive opportunities have already been afforded to appellant to appear and argue the matter at preliminary stage, but he has failed to do so. It was only on the previous date of hearing i.e. 10.07.2023 that the regular counsel for the appellant was being represented by Mr. Sikander Bakshi, Advocate as a proxy counsel. It also reveals that the present appeal has been filed in the year, 2022 and since than none has appeared on behalf of appellant, neither any representative nor any counsel, which shows that the appellant is not interested to pursue further with the present appeal. It is already 1.30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait is justified. Hence, the present appeal stands dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to records.
