(ORAL) After some arguments it has been agreed between the parties that the impugned order passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the concerned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum may be set aside but the complainant would be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, in respect of the period commencing from the date on which the complaint was filed till today. The revision petitions are, accordingly, allowed and the complaints are dismissed, making it clear that the complainant would be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the above-referred period.
