ORDER

Order dt.28/05/2008 The complaint is present. The O.P's counsel files a memo enclosing cheque drawn on Axis Bank at Bangalore branch for rupees Four thousand eight hundred bearing cheque No. 359273 Dt 28/12/2007 in the name of complaint which is handed over to the complainant. The complainant report receipt of the cheque for Rs. 4,800/- the complainant files a memo stating that the complaint filed against O.P be dismissed as the relief sought is fulfilled. Accordingly the complaint is dismissed.
