Complainant physically present.

Present complaint has been filed by the son of the recorded consumer of the OP. As such it is crystal clear that the complainant is not the consumer of the OP. From death certificate it appears that the recorded consumer of the OP has died on 31.08.2020. Hence, finding no relationship of consumer and the service provider between the complainant and the OP the Present complaint is dismissed.
