ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     E-mail received from the complainant that he wants to withdraw his present case and he does not want to pursue the matter any further as the issue has been amicably settled with the OP with settlement amount of Rs.10,000/-. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
