          Both parties are present through their Ld. Advocates.

          OP Joy Majumder & Co. handed over a demand draft of ICICI bank vide no. 506717 dt. 13.04.2023 drawn on complainant Md. Iftekar Latif which is accepted by the complainant.

          The Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that he has no grievances and the matter be disposed of accordingly in terms of settlement.

          Accordingly on consent of both sides the CC/807/2018 is disposed of on full and final satisfaction. The complainant is at liberty to collect the original documents deposited by him in connection with this case.

          The Joint Registrar of this Commission is requested to do the needful in this regard.
