ORDER

 

 

            The applicant-OP has moved an application for permission to deposit the amount as per the order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 31.3.2011 passed in FA No.53 of 2011 vide which the operation of the impugned order is stayed subject to the deposit of 50% of the total amount awarded by the learned District Forum, with the concerned District Forum within 15 days, in addition to the amount, already deposited by the appellant, at the time of filing the appeal. So, the OP deposited draft No.000516, dated 8.4.2011 for a sum of Rs.15,000/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd.  Chandigarh Service Branch, in the name of the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chandigarh. The said draft be deposited in the bank account of the Forum. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record.  The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The application be tagged with the main file.
