The matter was passed over. On the second call, none is present on behalf of the petitioner. As per last order, petitioner has neither removed the defects nor he has deposited the cost which was imposed upon the petitioner. Since petitioner is not appearing for three consecutive dates, present petition is hereby dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of previous order.
