            The complainant is continuously absent .  Notice was served to the lawyer of the complainant .  Today also there is no representation  on the side of the  complainant.   From the conduct  of the complainant  in keeping  away from the Commission, it is evident  that the complainant has lost interest in prosecuting  the matter.  In the said circumstances, we are inclined to dismiss this  complaint  for non prosecution.  Accordingly, this complaint stands dismissed for non prosecution.
