This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter, the commission passed an order as follows.

            This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Thereafter opposite parties filed version and posted for proof affidavit of the complainant. As the complainant was continuously absent notice was issued to the complainant to appear before this commission. After accepting the notice from the commission, the complainant failed to appear today. In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.

                  In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.
