It is stated by learned counsels for both the parties, that (Appeal No.2123 of 2011, Jitender Gaur & Anr. Vs. M/s Honda Seil Cars India Ltd. & Anr.) filed by respondent no.1/complainant is pending before Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal, Bangalore and is listed for 6.2.2014. Under these circumstances, it is prayed by learned counsels for the parties that the impugned order dated 20.10.2011, passed by the State Commission, Karnataka, be set aside and matter be remanded back to the State Commission for deciding (Appeal No.3182 of 2011) against which present revision petition has been filed along with (Appeal No.2123 of 2011) which is still pending before the State Commission. In view of the above statement given by learned counsels for the parties, the impugned order dated 20.10.2011, passed in (Appeal No.3182 of 2011) is hereby set aside. The matter is remanded back to the State Commission, Karnataka, with directions that it should consider the present matter afresh, along with (Appeal No.2123 of 2011), in accordance with law after giving an opportunity to all the parties. Present revision stands disposed of accordingly. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 27.2.2014. Dasti to both parties.
