ORDER

Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants states that during the pendency of these Appeals, the dispute subject matter of the Complaints, leading of the filing of the present Appeals, has since been amicable settled out-of-Court with the Respondents/Complainants. He submits that in view of the said settlement, which has been arrived at keeping in view the peculiar facts of the cases, he has instructions not to press the present Appeals. 

In view of the submission, the Appeals are dismissed as not pressed.  

It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the Appeals.

Since the dispute, subject matter of the Appeals has been amicably settled between the parties, it is agreed between the Appellants and the Complainants that the amount(s) deposited in this Commission in terms of the order dated 05.08.2016 shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the Appellants, along with accrued interest, if any.  It is ordered accordingly.

The statutory deposit made at the time of filing these Appeals shall be refunded to the Appellants.
