This appeal is put up today. No one appeared on behalf of the appellant. The impugned order dated 13-08-2014 pertaining to dismissal of the complaint of the complainant/appellant on the ground that the Government Hospital may not be liable for deficiency in medical services as there being no payment made by the appellant/complainant and the complainant being not the consumer, has been challenged by way of this appeal sent by post on 28-10-2014.
The appeal being defective, several times the complainant was asked to remove the defects but neither the appellant/complainant appeared; nor the defects have been removed, which shows that the appellant is reluctant to proceed with the, hence the appeal is hereby dismissed in default of the appellant.
