Learned counsel for the complainants submits, on instructions, that the complainants do not wish to pursue the complaint any further and may be permitted to withdraw the same.  Application to that effect has also been filed.

In view of the submission made the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.   

The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to both the parties and to their learned counsel.
