Heard. Counsel for the respondent states that there is no objection in setting aside the impugned order subject to payment of cost. 2. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, the impugned order passed by the State Commission dismissing the appeal is set aside subject to cost of Rs.10,000/-. Cost be paid by the petitioner to the respondent within four weeks. The matter is remanded back to the State Commission and the appeal is restored at the board of the State Commission. The revision petition stands disposed off in above terms. 3. The State Commission shall make an endeavour to dispose off the case within six months from the receipt of this order. 4. Parties are directed to appear before the State Commission on 10.12.2012. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties.
