Ld advocate for the Jdrs has handed over 3 Drafts bearing nos 228967,228968, 228969 dt 04/07/2015 drawn on S.B.I Baksara Branch amounting to Rs 90,552/-in total in favour of the complainants .

Complainants file a ptn stating that they have received the amount as per order dt 09/08/2011 and as such , they are not willing to proceed with the case and prays for disposal of the case.

In view of the above position, instant case stands disposed of on full satisfaction .

Recall all B/W/A already issued.
