Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr Chaudhari, Assistant Supdt., Post Office on instructions states that the petitioner does not want to pursue with the present revision petitions and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to the outcome of the criminal case pending between the parties.
