It is stated by both parties that matter has been amicably settled for a total sum of Rs.47,17,853/-  (Rupees Forty Seven Lac Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three only). Out of this, Rs.21,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty One Lac only) has already been paid to the respondent, which fact has been confirmed by the respondent. Remaining amount of Rs.26,17,853/- (Rupees Twenty Six Lac Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three only) will be paid by the appellants to the respondent, in three equal installments by way of demand drafts. The first installment shall be paid to the  respondent on or before 6.1.2015. Similarly, second installment will be paid to the respondent on or before 6.2.2015 and last installment shall be paid to the respondent on or before 6.3.2015.

          It is further stated by the representative of the appellants that appellants executed a Bank Guarantee in this case, which may be released after the entire amount has been received by the respondent.

          In view of the above statement made by both the parties, present appeal stand disposed of being settled. Appellants shall be bound by their statement.  After complete payment have been received by the respondent, thereafter only the Bank guarantee shall be  released.

          With these observations,  present appeal stand disposed of.
