1.       This revision petition has been filed under Section 21(b) of the Act 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 24.05.2012 of the State Commission in appeal no. 861 of 2007 arising out of the Order dated 04.05.2007 of the District Commission in complaint no. 291 of 2005.

2.       The District Commission vide its Order dated 04.05.2007 had allowed the complaint. The State Commission vide its Order dated 24.05.2012 had dismissed the appeal. As such the petition has been filed against concurrent findings of the two fora below.

3.       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner wishes to withdraw its revision petition. Learned counsel also submits that this case may not be treated as a precedent. 

4.       The instant revision petition no. no. 3399 of 2012 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission. This case shall not be treated as a precedent.

5.         The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
