                        File taken up today on the application moved by ld. Counsel for DH for withdrawal of present execution petition.                    

                        DH suffered his separate statement to the effect that in compliance of the order dt. 18.02.2021 passed by this commission, JDs have handed over the cheque bearing No.122344 dt. 22.12.2021 amounting to Rs.1,28,401.50 paise to D.H.  So, he does not want to proceed with the present execution petition and withdraws the same being fully satisfied.  

            In view of statement of DH/complainant, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
