IA 4692 of 2021 and 5407 of 2021 (reply, withdrawal)

          IA 5407 of 2021 has been filed by the Complainants for bringing on record the settlement deed and also the power of attorney in favour of the applicant by them.  Through this application, permission is sought to withdraw the present Complaint.

          IA 4692 of 2021 is the reply filed by the Opposite Parties to the IA 5407 of 2021, giving no objection to withdrawal of the Complaint.

          In view of this submission, the Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.  The date fixed, if any, in the matter stands cancelled.
