                   Learned counsel for the applicants-appellants has filed miscellaneous application bearing No. 86 of 2021 under Section 151 CPC read with Consumer Protection Act for granting permission to withdraw the present appeal. The application is accompanied with the affidavit of Shri Rajeev Malhotra, Manager (legal & HPF), Life Insurance Corporation of India, Division Office, Jeevan Parkash Building, Sector-17 B, Chandigarh.

2.                Heard on the above said application. Keeping in view of the contents of the applications and the contentions raised by learned counsel for the appellants present application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.

3.                Learned counsel for the appellants has also suffered a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the matter has been settled between the parties and the full and final amount has already been paid by the appellants to the respondents. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

4.                In pursuance of the respective statement made by the appellants, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the records.
