Heard. Present revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 30.4.2013, passed by the State Commission, while deciding petitioner’ application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Since, impugned order had been passed under Section 27A of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, only appeal lies against the same. No revision lies against such order. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions states that permission may granted to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum, since petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and wants to file appeal against the impugned order. In view of the above statement given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, present revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Dasti.
