ORDER

The matter was passed over once. Even on the second call also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. Further, on the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought six week time to place on record certain documents. Petitioner has not complied with the directions within the stipulated period. As none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner since morning, the revision petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
