Dr. Gyan Singh, learned Counsel for the applicant appeared.

Present application has been moved by applicant Asha Ojha for directing District Consumer Forum to make expeditious disposal of Complaint No. 213 of 2004 Paras Nath Mishra V/s Jaiswal Tractor and another pending before District Consumer Forum, Pratapgarh.

It is contended by applicant that Paras Nath Mishra, who was complainant of above Complaint No. 213 of 2014, has expired and applicant has been substituted as legal heir of deceased complainant.

It is further contended by applicant that the complaint is pending since 2004 but the District Consumer Forum is delaying disposal of complaint.

I have considered the submission made by learned Counsel for the applicant/complainant.

The application moved by applicant is disposed of finally with direction to the District Consumer Forum to make expeditious disposal of above complaint in accordance with law within six months from the date on which the certified copy of this order is produced before District Consumer Forum.
