           Supdt. of Post Offices and others V/s Jaipal

Present application has been moved by applicants/appellants in Appeal No. 764 of 2013 Supdt. of Post Offices and others V/s Jaipal for refund of Rs.3,000/- deposited by appellants under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 28-09-2018 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been partly allowed. The impugned judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been modified.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
