ORDER

Learned advocate for the O.P. is present. The Complainant takes no step. The Complainant has failed to submit Examination-in-Chief by way of Affidavit in proper form in spite of our previous order dated 19/07/2019. From the conduct of the Complainant it transpires that he is not at all interested in perusing with the case.  Hence we drop the case for non prosecution.
