Present:       Sh. Satish Garg, Adv. for the petitioner.

                    None for the respondents.

 

ORDER:-

                  On the basis of even dated application filed by the counsel for the petitioner, file taken up on today. As per application, parties have settled the matter and the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present execution petition. Statement of the counsel for the petitioner recorded.

                 In view of the facts stated in the application and the statement of the counsel for the petitioner, the present execution petition proceedings are hereby ordered to be treated as fully satisfied.

               In terms of order dated 23.7.2024, warrant of arrest, bailable warrant issued against the respondent is hereby ordered to be cancelled and be recorded as unexecuted. Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri be informed immediately. Reader of the Commission directed to incorporate necessary entry in the relevant register/computer system showing the final disposal of the execution petition, on today itself, instead of 5.9.2024.

                   File be consigned to the records.
