Complainant vide separate statement, placed on file, has stated that he has compromised the matter with the OP & he has received Rs. 3300/- as cost of pant & sweater.  The complainant further stated that he will handover the pant & sweater to the Ld Counsel for OP & now he does not want to persue the present complaint further & he has been authorised by complainant to withdraw this complaint on her behalf & same be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

 In view of the statement of the complainant, the complaint, in hand, is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file after its due completion be consigned to record room.
