M.A. No.181/2018 has been filed by the Respondent for release of the amount of Rs.75,000/- deposited by the Petitioner in compliance of the order dated 31.05.2011 of this Commission. 

It is stated by the learned counsel for the Respondent that the matter was remanded to the State Commission and the parties have arrived on settlement before the State Commission and as per the conditions of the settlement, the amount deposited by the petitioner in the National Commission is to be released to the Respondent. 

Notice was given to the petitioner.  The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has no objection if the amount is released to the Respondent.  Accordingly, M.A. No.181/2018 is allowed and the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.75,000/- alongwith accrued interest to the Respondent after verifying the deposit as well as verification of the recipient, within a period of 30 days.
