Learned Counsel appearing for the Complainant submits that as per his instructions, the Complainant wishes to withdraw the Complaint, with liberty to file a fresh Complaint for the same cause of action before an appropriate forum.

In view of the above, the Complaint is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty as prayed.  Needless to add that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the issues sought to be raised in the Complaint.
