Learned Counsel appearing for the Complainant seeks leave to withdraw the Complaint, stating that instead of amending the present Complaint in order to incorporate certain additional facts, which were inadvertently missed out in the Complaint along with the relevant documents, the Complainant may be permitted to withdraw the Complaint, with liberty to file a fresh Complaint on the same cause of action.      

In view of the statement, the Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. 

It goes without saying that grant of liberty to file a fresh Complaint shall have no bearing insofar as the question of limitation in filing the fresh Complaint is concerned.  The said question shall be considered as and when the fresh Complaint is filed by the Complainant.
