ORDER

                    Sh. Sukaam Gupta, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                    “The OP has redressed the grievance of the complainant and the matter has now been settled between the parties. Now the complainant has no grouse against the OP. I do not wish to press this complaint further. This complaint be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
