Learned counsel for the parties filed compromise and prayed that Direction No. 4 given by State Commission vide impugned order may be set aside and respondent may be permitted to receive amount of Rs.40,000/- with interest lying with State Commission and revision petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

          In the light of compromise filed by the parties, revision petition stands disposed with modification of impugned order dated 29.11.2013 by which State Commission allowed petitioner to receive Rs.40,000/- deposited with the State Commission and this order is substituted by this direction that respondent will be entitled to receive aforesaid amount with accrued interest from State Commission.  Compromise shall form part of this order sheet.
