          This is a review application by which the appellant has prayed for recall of the order passed by this Court dated 17-09-2019, by which order the Appeal No. 1700/2017 has been dismissed in default by making the below noted observation.

“अपीलार्थी की ओर से कोई उपस्थित नहीं है। अपीलार्थी को प्रत्‍यर्थी संख्‍या-1 की नोटिस हेतु आवश्‍यक पैरवी करनी थी, परन्‍तु अपीलार्थी द्वारा प्रत्‍यर्थी संख्‍या-1 पर नोटिस की तामीला हेतु आवश्‍यक पैरवी नहीं की गयी है जबकि अपीलार्थी को प्रत्‍यर्थी सं0-1 पर नोटिस की तामीला हेतु अनेकों अवसर दिये जा चुके हैं। अपीलार्थी की ओर से दिनांक 11-09-2018, दिनांक 11-01-2019, दिनांक 14-06-2019 और आज दिनांक 17-09-2019 को कोई उपस्थित भी नहीं हुआ है और न ही प्रत्‍यर्थी संख्‍या-1 पर नोटिस की तामीला हेतु आवश्‍यक पैरवी ही की गयी है। अत: अपील अपीलार्थी की अनुपस्थिति में निरस्‍त की जाती है।“

The review application is called out. No one is present to press the review application. We are satisfied that the order passed by this Court dated 17-09-2019 is correct and needs no reconsideration.

Accordingly the review application is dismissed.

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties as per rules.
