Mr.Jagdeep Singh Sran, complainant before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab in C.C. No.39/2011, respondent herein, states that he along with his brother Mr.Baljeet Singh Sran, has inspected the Plot No.159 PP in Sector 108, Mohali and they are willing to take possession of the said plot.  He, however, prays that time schedule for handing over of the possession of the said plot may be fixed when the No Dues Certificate be also handed over.

        Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that in the light of the statement made by the complainant, the appellant shall hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the said plot to the complainant on 28.10.2013 along with No Dues Certificate.  Both the parties are agreed that in order to put an end to this litigation and to maintain cordial relations, they will be satisfied if the amount deposited by the appellant in this Commission in terms of our order dated 5.4.2013 is released to the complainant Mr.Jagdeep Singh Sran.

        In view of the above, no further orders are called for in this appeal.  The same stands disposed of with no order as to costs.

        Registry shall release the amount deposited by the appellant to the respondent Mr.Jagdeep Singh Sran forthwith along with accrued interest thereon.
