ORDER

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction states that he does not wants to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is prayed that liberty be granted to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as prayed for is granted. Dasti in addition.
