               This is an application for withdrawal of the appeal filed by Sri Mahendra Kumar Mishra, learned Counsel for the appellants, the copy of which has been received by learned Counsel representing the respondent Sri Alok Sinha.

            Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and after perusal of the application the same is allowed.

            The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order, if any, is vacated.

            In case if any amount is deposited while filing the instant appeal either before this Court or before the District Consumer Commission, the same be refunded in accordance with law within 30 days.
