Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submitted that respondent no.2 is prepared to refund the premium amount, which is to be paid by the petitioner to the complainant. In such circumstances, the petition is allowed and disposed of with the direction that respondent no.2 will make payment of Rs.22,781/- to the petitioner within a period of six weeks.
