NARESH KATYAL, JUDICIAL MEMBER:

          Misc. Application (MA No. 221 of 2023) has been filed in this appeal, praying therein, for withdrawal of main appeal on the ground that order passed by learned District Consumer Commission has already been complied with by appellant.  Application is supported by affidavit of Sh. Rajesh Bhatia, Manager Legal of appellant.  In this view of matter, application is allowed.

2.      Consequently, permission is granted to withdraw this appeal.  Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. This order be conveyed to both parties and file be consigned to the record room.

3.      Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellant at the time of filing of this appeal be refunded to it, after due identification and verification as per rules and on expiry of period meant for further appeal /revision, if any.
